The brand’s story began over a century ago in Marsala, Sicily, where the family’s vineyard was first established. VEENO’s menu features freshly prepared pasta, artisan pizzas, Italian sharing boards and traditional spuntini, complemented by guided wine tastings and carefully selected wines from the family’s Sicilian vineyard. What's expected of a franchisee
Property requirements
VEENO is looking for suitable hospitality premises across the UK, ideally around 1,500 sq ft, although smaller units of approximately 1,000 sq ft may also be considered. The concept is flexible and can be adapted to different property sizes and layouts, with existing hospitality venues requiring minimal refurbishment being particularly suitable. VEENO provides support with site selection, design and fit-out to help franchisees create an authentic Italian wine bar and kitchen.

VEENO provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help franchisees successfully launch, manage and grow their Italian wine bar and kitchen. Operational requirements
VEENO offers a flexible franchise model, allowing for both owner-operated and management-led businesses, although owner-operated locations are preferred. Franchisees are expected to take an active role in the business and complete the required training to understand VEENO’s operations and hospitality standards.
A typical venue requires approximately 10 employees, with operating hours generally between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm. No specialist vehicles or additional equipment are required beyond the standard venue fit-out.
Franchisees must hold the appropriate licences to operate, including a Premises Licence, Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) and Personal Licence.
Experience required
VEENO is looking for passionate, motivated and business-minded individuals who share the brand’s commitment to authentic Italian hospitality, quality and exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, although candidates with a strong business background and transferable management skills will also be considered.
The ideal franchisee will have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, a customer-focused approach and the ambition to build a successful business. They should be willing to take an active role in the operation, complete the required training and work closely with the Veeno team to maintain the brand’s standards.
