Propel Franchise is a hospitality franchise marketplace operated in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry about a franchise opportunity, we collect the name, email address, telephone number and investment information you provide, along with the opportunity you enquired about. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. When you contact us we collect the details you send.

We also collect standard technical information - IP address, browser type and pages viewed - for security and to understand how the site is used.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry data to pass your interest to the franchisor or supplier you enquired about, and to follow up with you about that enquiry. This is the purpose you provide it for, and we ask for your consent at the point of submission.

We use newsletter data to send you the content you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

Who we share it with

When you enquire about a specific franchise opportunity, we share your enquiry with that franchisor so they can respond. We tell you this at the point of submission. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and reviewed periodically. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our contact page.
