About Tea & The Gang

Tea & The Gang was founded in 2017 by brothers Neill and Jonathan Flack following their time in Scandinavia, where Neill spent seven years working for the British-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce. Frustrated by the poor-quality teas in the Norwegian market, the siblings set out to create a premium tea brand influenced by Scandinavian design. Having sold their tea online in countries across the globe, the brothers set up their first store and cafe, which is also their headquarters, in Kings Lynn. They are now looking to, through a franchise model, open more cafe-restaurants and retail shops, or both under one roof. It also has food trucks to go around events and festivals, which can also be franchised, and is planning an overseas debut in Dubai. Neill Flack said: “Tea and the gang is now franchising. We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals with strong entrepreneurial drive. A shared passion for changing the way tea is perceived, in our world today, is essential to your success as a franchisee. An ideal candidate should be able to display flexibility, great interpersonal skills and loyalty to our brand.”
