About Rico Burrito & Jimmy’s Burgers

Founded by Nadya Ramdany in 2017, Rico Burrito quickly secured a spot in London’s Camden Market, drawing inspiration from authentic Mexican cuisine, adapted to suit the Western palate and evolving to a menu focused on healthy, wholesome and nutritious meals. Initially based in London’s markets, including Camden and Leather Lane, it has now pivoted towards a franchise model and permanent long-term venues. In recent years, it has achieved significant success in catering events, serving clients such as Meta, Adidas, and Dishoom, and also catered on film sets and music videos. In 2023, Ramdany founded Jimmy’s, capitalising on an opportunity she identified at her existing venue, and in just 12 days, transformed her concept into a reality with the launch of Jimmy’s Burgers. Inspired by European burger joints, it offers a casual, informal dining experience. Based primarily in London’s Southbank, it is looking for a second location.
