Floozie Cookies was created in London in 2020 by pastry chef Kimberly Lin, whose career includes Claridge’s, Corinthia and Dominique Ansel Bakery. Starting as a Covent Garden pop-up, the brand became known for handmade cookies with indulgent fillings, alongside drinks and desserts. Originally entirely plant-based, Floozie introduced non-vegan recipes in late 2025 while retaining vegan options across approximately half its menu.

What's expected of a franchisee

Property requirements

Franchisees can develop a kiosk or a larger flagship shop, subject to property suitability and investment. Premises need space for cookie display, food and drink service, storage and customer circulation. TGP International can assist with site searches, lease negotiations, layout and fit-out. 

Training and support

With support from TGP International, partners can receive guidance on selecting premises, negotiating leases, planning the fit-out, sourcing equipment, ordering opening stock and coordinating launch marketing.
