Amorino brings authentic Italian gelato to a premium international dessert concept, known for its signature flower-shaped servings and natural ingredients without artificial colours or flavours. Established in Paris by childhood friends Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi, the brand has grown to more than 200 stores worldwide. Its UK network reached 50 locations with the opening of a Reading store in June 2026, following expansion into Wales and Scotland.

Amorino targets experienced multi-unit food and beverage operators, offering regional and master franchise opportunities alongside selected single-store agreements. What's expected of a franchisee

Property requirements

Amorino seeks prime high-street, city-centre, shopping-centre and tourist locations with strong footfall. Traditional stores preferably offer over 50 sq m of retail space plus 20 sq m of storage; kiosks need around 15 sq m. Sites should ideally provide 20 metres of clear visibility and at least 5 metres of frontage. Seating is preferred where suitable, and premises should support seven-day trading. Other formats include outdoor kiosks, gelato carts and pop-ups.

Amorino franchise partners benefit from an established international brand, integrated supply chain and streamlined systems supporting product consistency and store management. Seeds Consulting assists with franchise development, while Amorino provides brand resources and continues to introduce organic and vegan products. Amorino franchisees must uphold premium standards for gelato preparation, presentation, customer service and store appearance. Locations should support seven-day trading and peak retail, tourism and leisure demand. Multi-unit partners need the resources and experience to expand, alongside active involvement in marketing, digital engagement and brand development.

Experience required

Amorino requires previous franchise experience, preferably in food and beverage, and primarily seeks proven multi-unit operators. Candidates need strong commercial and operational skills, sufficient funding and the management structure to develop multiple stores. Experience securing prime retail sites and negotiating leases is desirable, as are marketing and digital engagement skills. Opportunities may include master, regional exclusive or individual store agreements.
