About Lemonica
Lemonade by Lemonica was established in 2012 in Kanazawa, Japan. Owner Seiji Kawamura spent several years perfecting the drink recipe in his home town and finally opened his first store in Kanazawa in 2017. The business now has almost 100 stores across the country and is looking to expand overseas. It made its UK debut with a pop-up in London’s Archer Street in the summer of 2022, with hopes of a permanent store following. Options include original lemonade, matcha lemonade, lemo pina and fruity lemonades such as yuzu and strawberry. It said: “We look forward to the day when our lemonade will be available throughout the UK and Europe!”

Including training and locating a store, we would say the earliest you could expect to start running the store is approximately three months after signing up.
