What's expected of a franchisee

Property requirements

Retail park and high street units of 1,400–2,200 sq ft with strong evening trade and delivery access.

Training and support

A twelve-week onboarding programme covering kitchen operations, brand standards, delivery channel management and financial reporting.

Operational requirements

Multi-unit operators preferred. Full-time management presence required in each site.

Experience required

Prior multi-site hospitality or retail management experience strongly preferred for development agreements.
