CA Japanese Pancakes

About CA Japanese Pancakes

CA Japanese Pancakes was launched in 2020 by Nina Siciliano, opening its first café on Vauxhall Bridge Road in London’s Victoria. Inspired by trips to Australia and Japan, the concept specialises in Japanese-style pancakes and positions itself as a gluten-free and dairy-free offering. A second London location opened on Chiswick High Road in early 2025. Nina Siciliano and Marco Malone are the brand’s co-founders.

The business reported £1m revenue at its Victoria branch in 2024 and £159,000 combined revenue across its two London sites in August 2025. It announced its first overseas franchise partner in Munich in September 2025, although an opening was not confirmed. Plans have also included Edinburgh, Bucharest and potential Middle East expansion. Franchise partners are offered training, operating manuals, marketing support and access to a transferable operating model. These expansion plans are not confirmed trading locations.
