The full Bru format typically requires approximately 1,800-2,200 sq ft and provides seating for more than 100 customers, together with outdoor seating where suitable.

The grab-and-go format requires approximately 800-1,000 sq ft and provides seating for around 30 customers.

These locations offer a selected menu and are particularly suited to areas with strong pedestrian footfall.

The kiosk format typically occupies 300-500 sq ft and operates without customer seating, focusing on takeaway service and a selected menu.

Suitable locations may include high streets, shopping centres, mixed-use developments, transport hubs and other busy commercial environments.

Premises must provide appropriate facilities for coffee preparation, food handling, refrigeration, storage and customer service.

All proposed properties are subject to assessment and approval by Bru Coffee & Gelato.
