German Doner Kebab has passed 240 trading sites in the UK, with recent openings weighted towards retail parks and transport hubs.
The brand has said the retail park format is now its strongest performer on average weekly sales, helped by parking, delivery access and longer evening trade than a typical high street pitch allows.
