About Puccino’s Coffee

Puccino’s opened its first coffee shop in 1995 at Putney railway station and has since expanded to 38 stores throughout London and the southeast of England. Primarily situated at railway stations, Puccino’s “distinguish themselves with a premium offering, paired with a fun and engaging brand identity”.

As a subsidiary of the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group (MZBG), Puccino’s enjoy “the unique advantage” of having access to the organisation’s extensive network and resources. With operations in more than 110 countries and ownership of over 44 brands, MZBG’s infrastructure is “unparalleled in the beverage industry”.

In April 2023, commercial director Adrian Ayres told Propel that Puccino’s is looking to expand into new sectors as it seeks to grow to 125 sites by 2028. “We have seen great success within travel hubs, and we will continue to grow our presence within the sector,” he said. “We’re also exploring opportunities within alternative sectors such as leisure, education, and health, as we firmly believe our model will adapt to and thrive within these sectors. Our intention is to break into those sectors this year, and I’d certainly like to see significant headway by 2024. Travel hub-wise, I’m exploring opportunities both within and outside of the south east.”

In June 2026, Puccino’s hit the 40-store landmark with a double opening at Waterloo East station in London - one on platform A and one on platform B/C. It is the sixth time Puccino’s has opened more than one location at a single station - the others being at Orpington, Richmond, Stevenage, Twickenham and Worthing.
