About Mayfair Chippy
In February 2026, Mayfair Chippy signed a deal with property developer Alidara Real Estate to launch within the Tuwaiq Gate development in King Fahad Road, in Riyadh.
The founders told Propel that its franchise deal to launch in Saudi Arabia is only the start of its overseas growth - and while it is not planning large scale UK expansion, there is the potential to add smaller quick service restaurant format sites.
